Welcome to the fruit garden Kloster Knechtsteden. This audio guide invites you to take a tour of the fruit garden. At 14 stations you will learn interesting facts about orchards, fruit growing and local fruits and their origin. The biodiversity and nature conservation on orchards are also explained. With the help of the audio guide, the Obstsortengarten Knechtsteden can be independently explored and experienced. The tour is about two kilometers long and the tour lasts about an hour. The fruit garden is followed by two fruit trails. These lead through the Knechtstedener bush and a pear tree alley and along various orchards along.

The audio guide was created by the Biological Station in the Rhein-Kreis Neuss e.V. in an inclusion project funded by the Landschaftsverband Rheinland (LVR). In this project "Obstsortengarten Kloster Knechtsteden - Experience with all senses" information boards and an audiobook were already being prepared. So the fruit garden is to be experienced in an interesting way for as many people as possible.

Guided tours adapted to different groups of people can be booked at the Biological Station.
