About this app

Tired of having to fiddle with the Home Assistant web interface to control your home? Try Home Slide!

Home Slide allows you to control your Home Assistant installation in an Android-native way, just by tapping on an icon in your notification shade's quick settings panel. And if you're on Android 11, you can take advantage of the native device controls right from the power menu!

You can also control all your devices right from your wrist, thanks to the Wear OS companion app!

This app is meant to be used in conjunction with a Home Assistant setup. If you want to learn more about Home Assistant and how to set it up, visit https://www.home-assistant.io.

Really surprised and impressed with this. Took less than a minute to setup and really looks native with Android. Complements the Home Assistant app well! Note: upgraded to android 11 just prior to installing. Amazing the speed for supporting something so new. Would love to see this developed further, with the ability to show semantic names for entities, etc.

As mentioned by others, the Wear OS app isn't working, at least not on my Ticwatch Pro. And it would be nice to be able to customize what types of entities show up instead of EVERYTHING! Can't toggle a binary sensor so what's the point of this is meant for quick access to control items. Would like to be able to control my door locks and garage door as well but those don't show up. But overall, this is phenomenal. Great start and hope to see it supported well into the future.
