ParcelleProFrance is published by SIMONOCORP, a private company. It is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by the IGN (National Institute of Geographic and Forest Information), the DGFiP (French Public Finances Directorate), the BRGM (French Geological Survey), ADEME (French Agency for Ecological Transition), the Géoportail de l'urbanisme (French Urban Planning Geoportal), Géorisques (French National Geospatial Risk Assessment), or any other French government agency or public body. It does not represent any government entity and does not provide any official public service. It simply displays open public data, citing its original source; only the official websites listed below are authoritative.

ParcelleProFrance brings together the public data for a parcel of land on a single screen: cadastral map, planning regulations, risks, energy performance certificates, and past transactions.

• Published area and calculated surface area, clearly distinguished
• Search by address, municipality, postal code, coordinates, or cadastral reference
• Accepted professional format: "Marseille 0C 12"
• Street View at the parcel's location

URBAN PLANNING AND RISKS
• Zoning and easements from the Urban Planning Geoportal
• Natural and technological risks published by Géorisques and the BRGM
• Energy performance diagnostics published by ADEME
• Land values ​​from the DGFiP, described as past transactions, not as an estimate

ORGANIZING WORK
• Files, notes, and attachments per project
• Favorites and browsing history

• Export of all your data in readable JSON format

OFFLINE
Viewed parcels remain accessible without an internet connection Network. The retrieval date is always displayed: cached data is never presented as current.

WHAT THE APPLICATION DOES NOT DO
The cadastral map is primarily for tax purposes. It does not constitute proof of legal property boundaries: only a survey carried out by a land surveyor can determine them.

Open cadastral data does not contain any personally identifiable information. The application does not search for, infer, or store any owner's identity. It directs users to the legal procedures with the town hall or the land registry office.

The absence of planning results means that the data is not published for that area, never that any regulations apply.

PRIVACY
No advertising, no trackers, no audience measurement. An account is optional: the application is fully usable without creating one. Location is only requested when you use "Locate Me."

Additional skins are available for purchase. They do not unlock any data or features.
