Passero Pro replaces your paper cards with a digital loyalty program that your customers keep in the Passero app—and that you manage from your POS, in seconds per transaction.

• Seven different mechanics to choose from—stamps, points, tiers, visit frequency, cashback, discount, or special offer: configure yours in two minutes.

• One transaction = one scan—the customer shows their QR code, you confirm the quantity, and the preview shows you the effect before you confirm ("🎁 1 free—deducted from the purchase").

• No special equipment required—a phone or tablet is all you need; the QR code is displayed at maximum brightness for reliable scanning.

• Publish an offer—it appears for your enrolled customers in their app. • Reward word-of-mouth — when a regular customer brings someone in, simply mark them with a gesture (“Referred by…”): the referrer’s reward awaits them and is offered to you on their next visit. No codes to distribute.

• Loans and returns — library, games library, rentals: lend items by scanning the patron’s card, renew them (up to the limit you set), and collect payment for returns; overdue items are displayed on the dashboard, and the patron receives a reminder in their app before the due date.

• Automatic offers — welcome, return after absence, birthday: these appear automatically at the register, and you honor them verbally.

• Your data remains yours — the customer log is encrypted on your device. Your customers are identified by an anonymous code; you can add a name and birthday to help you keep track, and these notes never leave your phone: Passero does not receive them. • Back up your contact list—a file encrypted with a secret phrase only you know, which you can store wherever you want. Even if their phone is lost or changed, your customers will come back.
