About this app
OK Labo is the companion app for the OK Labo platform (oklabo.com), which tracks footage from camera to lab.
On set and in the lab, it keeps the entire team at the same level of information, even where there's no network connection.
THE OFFLOAD SHEET
• Fill out the daily sheet directly on your phone: memory cards, copies, rushes weight, audio.
• Everything is saved on the device. You can write without waiting for a network connection, and changes are sent to the platform as soon as the connection is restored.
• A badge constantly indicates the sheet's status: up-to-date, synchronizing, offline, with the number of pending changes.
THE LAB OFFICE
• View trips en route to or from the lab, dated at each stage.
• Validate each line for a day with OK Labo, report a problem, or discard a line.
• Archived and validated days are grouped separately to keep your workspace clear.
CARDS AND SHUTTLES TRACKING
• A table of cards and the location of each shuttle, accessible even offline.
• Scan the QR code of a shuttle or RAID with your camera to advance its route: to the lab, back to set, stored at the lab.
THE FILM'S ESSENTIALS AT A GLANCE
• Days shot and scheduled, total film weight, daily sheet, and last written sheet.
• Switch between films with a single tap.
SECURITY
• Log in with your OK Labo account. Only a session token is stored in the system's secure storage; your password is never stored.
The application is available in French and English.
An OK Labo account is required to use the application. To grant access to your production, go to oklabo.com.
