I was charged twice and after multiple takes not one photo was usable according to them with mostly silly reasons like lighting/smartphone clarity, a different reason each time. Why have a photo service if you can't point out what's wrong before you charge the customer? The app needs a revamp else it's a gross waste of money and time. Photo booths - much more reliable. Update : 1 of the photos was finally approved and they refunded 1 payment.

Very useful app for those who live in the sticks, or just don't like booths, at third of the price. Once you read the rules for an ok photo, it's very good, although I have wood walls (not allowed! Foudre a white one though...) and saves, for me , a 50km car trip! The photos are typical id photos, so I look pretty lousy, I don't know if it's the same for all, but it's looking lousy cheaper at home, than in a photo booth, where I look just as bad! Waiting for my postal I'd now, so I'll update ...

Some bugs but working well for passport and identity card in France. Nice client service. Having to switch to another app is annoying (to request physical photos). Overall great initiative.
