About this app

MyProximity is an application for homeowners and tenants to manage their home simply and access services that make everyday life easier.

The MyProximity application allows the resident to manage his home with ease. Aimed at both tenants and homeowners, it offers many features.

The resident can for example directly from the app or the website:

- be an actor in the good functioning of his residence by declaring the incidents in the common or private parts for the tenants managed, with a direct and automated link with his manager;

- visualize his expenses of co-ownership or his rent;

- participate in neighborhood life through a social network of proximity;

On some residences that have subscribed to the service:

- order online services from their concierge;

- provide parking spaces for rent.
