Ratings and reviews

Absolutely terrible. I have no idea why people rate this app highly. Navigation is broken, trip planning is half-baked, UI is terrible, it cannot load my tickets at all, half the UI isn't translated in English, and I LITERALLY get different information in English vs French. Absolutely ridiculous. most importantly, all shows always diaplay as "open now" in English. Even when they are full. So we went to multiple spectacles for no reason It's so bad I'm not even sure if this is an official app...

the app wasn't too bad but we weren't able to get any translations to English on either of our devices despite having WiFi connections, headphones and power packs in anticipation. Such a shame as this spoilt the experience a lot- although the park was great aside from not being able to understand the stories in full

Translations did not work once! It was always just loading, showing and error message or asking to wait for the show to begin. Also regrettable, you cannot plan you own day in the app. They always want to chose the order for you.
