Ratings and reviews

Absolutely terrible. I have no idea why people rate this app highly. Navigation is broken, trip planning is half-baked, UI is terrible, it cannot load my tickets at all, half the UI isn't translated in English, and I LITERALLY get different information in English vs French. Absolutely ridiculous. most importantly, all shows always diaplay as "open now" in English. Even when they are full. So we went to multiple spectacles for no reason It's so bad I'm not even sure if this is an official app...

Translations did not work once! It was always just loading, showing and error message or asking to wait for the show to begin. Also regrettable, you cannot plan you own day in the app. They always want to chose the order for you.

Very useful for getting around but also a couple of problems. First the live subtitles and audio translation simply didn't work. Most the time it said it hit an error. For the couple of shows where it did manage to get into the subtitle page, it just sat on "Waiting for show to start" even tho it was underway. Second, the itinerary builder was pretty good but left us with a few big gaps. We used it as a starting point, but then we managed to slot in two more shows, so check it carefully!
