QuartierScope monitors French public data around the addresses you choose and alerts you when something changes: businesses, construction sites, real estate sales, transportation, schools, associations, and environmental projects.

WHAT THE APP DOES
• A transformation index from 0 to 100 per zone, explained: what factors are impacting and what is correlated
• Timeline, map, and context of the location (urban planning, risks, real estate, local taxes, healthcare services, fiber optic connections, antennas, schools, transportation, water)
• Alerts for important events and at each stage of a construction project or business you are monitoring
• 3 free zones without an account; A Google account or email address to access them everywhere

• 10 zones instead of 3, radius up to 10 km instead of 5
• All alerts, not just major events
• Complete history, comparison of two zones, PDF report, export
