RunPilot is the field application for race organizers (trail, road, ultra, triathlon) who use the RunPilot platform.
Depending on the role assigned to you by your organization, it opens the volunteer area, the organizer area, or lets you choose if you have access to both.
VOLUNTEERS AND STAFF
• Scan QR codes on bibs and accreditations directly with the camera
• Your tasks, roles, and schedule
• Messages from the organization and useful event contacts
ORGANIZERS
• Attendance tracking and incident reporting on race day
• Actual and projected budget, expense entry with receipt photo
• Course map and points of interest
• Reverse planning, to-do list, and event notes
Offline mode: continue working even without an internet connection on the race website; synchronization occurs as soon as the connection is restored.
Access requires an account provided by the organization that invited you.

Les signalements d'incident et d'abandon transmettent désormais leur position au PC Course, pour savoir où intervenir. L'app demande la permission au moment voulu et explique pourquoi ; un signalement part toujours, même sans localisation.
La recherche de position laisse plus de temps au GPS lors du premier signalement.
