About this app

Safe Race is a safety device for your sporting events (running, cycling, hiking) which facilitates the care of participants who have suffered cardiac arrest, via an application.

The application allows:

To geolocate all the participants of your event.
Participants can report a heart attack via the application.
To be alerted immediately when a witness reports an incident.
To send a Def Runner - a voluntary participant equipped with a portable defibrillator - to the scene to assist the victim while waiting for help.

The application is not a replacement for first aiders, but a complement. The aim is to reduce the time it takes to treat a victim of cardiac arrest, to increase their chances of survival.
