The 2024 edition of the ATIH application “The official hospital activity rates” is available for the MCO and SMR fields
This application allows you to obtain the prices for services in the “public” and “private” sectors applicable from March 1, 2024.
In the MCO field, the application shows the evolution compared to the previous year and the causes of price variations. The consultation is carried out by the homogeneous group of patients (GHM), homogeneous group of stays (GHS) number or a word of the associated wording.
Examples of information available:
- GHS package prices
- amounts of extreme highs (EXH) and extreme lows (EXB)
- low and high terminals
- evolution 2023/2024
- reasons for price variations
- GHM statistics by category of establishments…
In the SMR field, the application returns the rates for the year 2024. The consultation is carried out using the medical-economic group (GME), medical-tariff group (GMT) number or a word from the associated wording.
Examples of information available:
- flat rate zone rates
- amounts of the low zone supplement (SZB) and the high zone supplement (SZH)
- periods of the flat rate zone
