ScolaSign is the application for learners and the legal guardians of training organizations, apprenticeship training centers (CFA), and institutions that use ScolaSign for attendance management.
It combines the learner and legal guardian spaces in a single application: the interface automatically adapts to the account being logged in.
Important: Access requires an account provided by your training institution. ScolaSign is not a service open to general registration.
For learners:
- Sign in to your sessions with a single scan of the QR code displayed by the instructor.
- View your schedule and history of attendance, tardiness, and absences.
- Report an absence or tardiness and submit supporting documentation.
- Receive reminders and alerts (attendance due, reported absence).
- Communicate with your institution via the integrated messaging system.
- Access your surveys, documents, and class photo directory.
For legal guardians
- Monitor your child(ren)'s attendance: presence, tardiness, absences.
- Receive real-time updates on absences and information from the school.
- Notify the school of an upcoming absence.
- Manage multiple children from a single account.
Security and confidentiality
- Report a message with a single tap: each report is sent to the school.
- Block another student from within the conversation.
- The directory is limited to your area: no contact with strangers.
- Data hosted in France, encrypted exchanges (HTTPS/TLS).
- Time-stamped and legally valid signatures.
- No advertising, no third-party trackers, no data resale.
- Minors' data processed solely for educational purposes.
