About this app
The SFR DATI application is reserved for SFR business customers who have subscribed to the option on its smartphone offer.
Operation
With its 3 automatic detection modes (fall, prolonged immobility & loss of verticality) and its 2 manual modes (SOS and aggression alert), be sure to be able to alert the emergency services in the event of danger.
Once a danger has been confirmed, SFR DATI sends an enriched alert including all the elements conducive to a rapid and effective emergency response (geographical location, type of alert, date, etc.).
Alerts can be sent by phone call via Voicemail, by email, by SMS or directly via the SFR DATI portal in order to promote rapid awareness and thus be able to provide assistance as soon as possible.
Some major points
• The sensitivities of the automatic detections can be configured in order to adapt them to the trades and to the different working conditions
• Inhibition of alerts for loss of verticality, immobility and fall is authorized for a defined time in order to limit untimely alerts in the case of static, lying or seated work.
• The virtual SOS button works on all smartphones, it is accessible at any time during monitoring, including on the lock screen
About the Accessibility Service
SFR DATI relies on an Accessibility Service for the following 4 features:
1. The virtual SOS button. Show the button on the lock screen.
2. Triggering aggression alerts with the volume down button.
3. Speaker activation (only required for Android Go devices). If enabled on the profile, incoming calls while the app is in alert state will be answered automatically, with speakerphone.
4. Show interactive alert on lock screen. This ensures that you can see the progress of an in-progress alert sent from that device, even if you cannot manipulate the device in the event of an accident.
