Start with €1,000,000 and a 15-player squad. Recruit on the transfer market, bid in auctions, sign free agents, and develop your own talents through the academy. Every player has a natural position, attributes, fitness, morale, salary, potential, development curve and personality. Your job is to build the right balance.
