The SMICTOM d'Alsace Centrale application provides access to a lot of information to better manage your waste.
You can thus:
• Follow the number of collections of your gray bin (or the number of deposits if you are in voluntary contribution)
• Know the collection days
• Schedule a reminder the day before collection days
• Know the location of the voluntary contribution terminals according to your location
• Know the location of recycling centers and their opening hours
• Follow the number of visits to the recycling center
• Know the sorting instructions for all flows and recycling centers
• Do a search by waste to know where to throw it precisely
• Discover “Zero Waste” tips
• Follow SMICTOM news
At the same time, you can take the main steps (depending on your profile):
• Report a move
• Request a tray volume change
• Request a new OPTIMO card
• Report a broken or missing bin
• Report an uncollected bin
• Request a service stop
• Report a change of tenant
• View and pay your bills
