🔒 Data Security and GDPR:
This educational application complies with the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The data used is limited to what is strictly necessary for the purpose of monitoring students' academic progress:
first name;
first two characters of last name;
class;
configurable learning criteria (e.g., participation, work, autonomy).

The application must not be used to record medical, psychological, family, or any other sensitive data.

All data is stored locally on the teacher's device only.

No data is transmitted to external services or third parties.

Access to the application is protected by a PIN code and automatic locking after a period of inactivity.

Data export features have been removed to limit the risk of unauthorized dissemination.

The data is automatically deleted after a maximum period of one year in accordance with the principle of data retention limitation provided for by the General Data Protection Regulation.
