About this app

ECE (Business Customer Area) on mobile is the free application for SUEZ Recycling and Recovery France customers.

It allows you to independently manage your requests (collection, information, administrative matters, quotes, equipment), interact with our teams, and track the processing of your requests.

You can create a request both online and offline to suit your needs (however, an internet connection is required to send requests created offline afterward).

Communicate directly with our teams and track your requests in real time.

You can also create and track your technical support requests, as well as manage your profile.

Your account is linked to your web portal account. Therefore, all interactions made on your mobile application are also visible on your web portal.
