Still waiting for the return of my deposit, the machine at the station charged me 151 Euros as deposit to get the bike. But the screen went to default after deducting the amount from my account without letting me use the bike. It's been more than 24 hours and I am still waiting for my money!

Can't connect my card. Also when paying on the bus the company took 10 euro per person for one trip instead of 2.80 euro what the bus driver said. Hidden fees, unclear setup. Big trap for tourists and no information what's the best use case. Maybe for locals interesting but tourist should pay attention with this app and company

Review edited (from 2 to 4 stars)** I appreciate Tisséo reaching out, but I cannot give a 5 star because of a recurring issue for the past 3 years. Multiple times, over 8 now, I've encountered the issue where the NFC won't read unless I reinstall the app. This becomes difficult when you don't have much time or space to do so on the bus between getting on and off. My wife has also come across this same issue. If this doesn't occur again within the next couple months I will push it up to a 5/5,
