they lock you into a 1 year contract that was supposed to be 6 months and even after you cancel their service they keep charging you way beyond the year. horrible customer service. they do not respond for months after numerous attempts to contact them and different people. no one responds. when they finally do they say tough luck your in contract and continue charging beyond the contract. never trust this company. And I was charged twice in June. horrible bait and switch company.
