The Chauffeur app is a mobile solution designed to simplify and optimize logistics operations related to order transport and delivery. It allows drivers to access their route schedule, view details of their assigned missions, and track all delivery stages from their smartphones.

Drivers can view collection and delivery points, obtain the necessary information for each mission (addresses, contacts, schedules, specific instructions), and update order statuses in real time (to be picked up, in transit, delivered, incident, etc.).

The app also integrates traceability features that allow drivers to record proof of delivery (signature, photo, comment), report any issues encountered, and instantly transmit information to management teams. Thanks to geolocation and route tracking, managers have complete visibility into delivery progress and can react quickly in case of unforeseen events.
