Avoid foods not recommended to eat during this period, and follow advices regarding some foods. Foods are classified in many groups and subgroups for easy searching.

⚛️ Filter by vitamins and minerals



Another important things is avoiding deficiencies during your pregnancy, and helping your future baby to grow. This application propose you to sort the foods by the best ones containing the vitamins and minerals of your choice.

Many vitamins are represented: B1, B2, B3 (PP), B5, B6, B9, B12, C, D, E, K1, K2

And also, many minerals are available: iron, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus...

The app shows you all the information provided by Ciqual, the french food components database. In addition to vitamins and minerals, the app shows you the amount of sugar, starch, proteins, fibers, lipids, alcohol, cholesterol...

The average energy is also available, in both kilo-Joules and kilo-calories.

📱 Easy and intuitive display



Each information presented is displayed in a straightforward way. You will get informed easily and you can explore through the different foods easily. Find what is good and make a list of what you also love to eat! Avoid the things that are harmful!

More than 1800 foods are referenced in this app, and the database is continuously increasing! The main reference is the Ciqual table, the french food components database.

Singularly useless, gives close to no descriptions why something is bad, or miscategorizes things. For instance, tea is listed as "caution", description is "depends how it is brewed." That's it. No breakdown of type (green, black, herbal), caffienated vs non, no description of what "how it is brewed" even means or what a bad brew is vs a good brew. Sure, I can look it up, but if I do that, then it rather defeats the purpose of having the app, doesn't it? Find a new app, or Google everything.

Only one reason I don't give 5e stars. I wish it had a bar code scanner to look up what ingredients are in it and if it there is anything in it we should be careful with or stay away from
