About this app

FRETECALC's objective is to minimize the difficulties of truck drivers and small entrepreneurs in the transport sector to negotiate the value of freight rates for different routes, types of services and fair values ​​for the aggregation of vehicles on large shippers.

Our application is shaped by the practicality of day-to-day operation, applying basic concepts to assess the impacts of each cost on the final formation of the freight value.

The user is not required to have any academic training to operate the application.

It is sufficient for the user to follow the instructions and enter the value of the requested information on the various screens of the application

At any time, the user may be aware of the definition or reference values ​​of each item, simply by accessing the question mark (?) Or in the HELP option.

This tool was developed for use, via internet, on the user's cell phone, allowing him, from inside the cab of his truck, to calculate freight rates for various journeys in a matter of seconds.

After the calculation, the data used is recorded, allowing its quick use for another route simulation.

Due to its modeling characteristics, it is possible to have a freight rate simulation per vehicle, considering that it is possible to store the basic data per plate.

As results obtained we have:

• Maximum discount to be granted;
• R $ amount to be received per trip;
• Time spent per trip - hours;
• Number of trips in the month;
• Hourly cost of the vehicle stopped;

The application generates two reports:
1. Monthly Result
2. Route Result

The Route Result Report, in fact, is already a draft of a proposal that could perfectly be sent as a proposal to a client, immediately, after the simulation! This saves time that can be vital to winning a competition.

The application can be tested, completely free for a period of 3 days.

After this period, the user will be able to choose one of the access options offered to them, the value of which will depend on the number of users on the team and the duration of the license.
