▶︎ supports:
» AirPods 1
» AirPods 2
» AirPods Pro
» BeatsX
» Powerbeats3
» Powerbeats Pro
» Beats Solo3
» Beats Studio3

* This feature must be manually activated in the settings.

The battery status is displayed with an interval size of 10% (Full | 95% | 85% ...), because the devices only send their battery state with this accuracy. Also the case of the AirPods misses a Bluetooth transmitter. Therefore, the battery level of the case is only displayed when at least one AirPod is inserted in the case.

The app uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) interface. The API for Bluetooth LE only works with Location Permission, because the beacons for indoor navigation also uses Bluetooth LE.

The only known way to customize AirPods and change the double-tap functionality is connecting with an iPhone or Macbook. After then you can use the changed the double-tap functionality with Android.

Huawei, Xiami, Vivo, Oppo and other Chinese branded phones may not work with this app. These companies don't always use standard Bluetooth hardware in their phones.

Works great most of the time. It's pretty annoying though that it keeps connecting to someone else's beats x headphones and showing me their battery percentage though. I don't even use those, I've got airpods. Definitely the most annoying thing about the app. I do wish that single tap would work for pause/play function on the airpods, but that's a minor grievance. I love the in ear detection support since I am never going back to using an iPhone. And the airpods are great u til android comes out with a comparable Bluetooth headphone in terms of design and comfort.

Great if you have an android and not an iPhone for your airpods. I have only experienced one glitch while using the app. If I am using one airpod while the other charges, when I switch airpods, the charge also switches. L charge is shown on the R airpod. The pod that was almost dead is now fully charged. Another thing I would like to see is double tap options. Currently you have to connect to an apple product to change this. Other than that, this app is great.

I am aware about that mixing up issue. Thank you for the advice. I am trying to fix it.

Good app. It fairly reliably shows battery percentage. In Ear detection is pretty spotty but I don't use that so no real complaints on that front. My main problem is that I bought Pro, but I constantly need to "refresh" that purchase (click on a blanked out pro feature, it'll say "you already own that, then it'll let me use it without buying it again). It worked properly for a bit, then just gave out one day.
