About this app

FriendSync - Meet your friends, on autopilot.

Tired of 47 messages, three polls, and a Doodle link just to schedule one brunch? FriendSync is the smart group calendar that
plans meetups for you. Set your availability once, get automatic suggestions, tap to confirm. Done.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Create a group and invite friends with a link
2. Everyone sets their availability once
3. FriendSync suggests times that actually work
4. Tap to confirm - or reschedule in one tap

WHY FRIENDSYNC?
• Set it once, never chase a group chat again
• Automatic suggestions instead of endless polling
• Syncs with Google, Apple, and Outlook Calendar
• Smart reminders that don't annoy
• GDPR-compliant, servers in Europe, zero tracking

BUILT FOR REAL LIFE
FriendSync is for people who don't work 9-to-5: parents, shift workers, freelancers, night owls. Your schedule changes every
week? FriendSync adapts - you don't have to.

CUSTODY CALENDAR SUPPORT (one of a kind)
FriendSync is the first group scheduler that natively understands custody schedules. Enter your rhythm once (e.g. "Week A /
Week B") and FriendSync automatically knows when you're free. No more manual entry every single week. Perfect for co-parents,
blended families, and anyone juggling two households.

PERFECT FOR
• Friend groups who rarely see each other
• Co-parents, blended families, custody-sharing parents
• Shift workers and people with irregular schedules
• Game nights, brunches, hiking groups, book clubs
• Anyone who says "we should meet up soon" - and never does

FEATURES
• Group calendar with automatic suggestions
• Set availability once (or repeat weekly)
• Custody / week-on-week-off calendar support
• Calendar integration: Google, Apple, Outlook
• Smart reminders that respect your attention
• Invite by link - guests don't need an account
• Venue suggestions (cafe, park, restaurant)
• Private groups
• Dark Mode
• Offline support

PRIVACY ISN'T AN EXTRA
FriendSync is built in Germany and fully GDPR-compliant. Your data stays in Europe. No selling, no tracking, no advertising
SDKs. You're in full control and can delete your account with one tap.

FREE TO USE
FriendSync is free. Pro features (larger groups, calendar export, premium venue suggestions) are optional - the core app
stays free forever.

SUPPORT & FEEDBACK
Questions, ideas, or feedback? Email [e-mail] - we reply personally. FriendSync is built by a small team in
Germany, and every message shapes the next release.

Download FriendSync and turn "we should meet" into "see you Saturday."

What’s new

• Cancelled polls and cancelled meetups now disappear from the group right away.
Before, the card stayed and a second attempt said the poll had already ended.
• FriendSync links open in the app again instead of the browser.
• "Sign up with Apple" is legible again, and cancelling Apple sign-in no longer
shows an error.
