Crew Hub is Fullcycle’s workforce app for approved freelancers and event staff.
The app is designed to help crew members manage their event work from one place. Users can view available FullCycle events, apply for eligible shifts, manage approved assignments, complete attendance actions, receive notifications, upload required documents, and access support.
Crew Hub supports the full event staffing workflow for approved workforce users. Instead of managing shift details, attendance, documents, and communication across different channels, crew members can use the app to stay updated and complete key tasks related to their work with FullCycle.
Key features:
View available events and roles
Crew members can browse available FullCycle events and see eligible roles or shifts based on the event setup. Event information may include location, date, role details, and shift timing.
Apply for event shifts
Users can apply for available event roles directly through the app. Application status updates are shown in the app, helping users know whether a request is pending, approved, rejected, cancelled, or no longer available.
Manage approved shifts
The My Shifts section helps users track approved, upcoming, previous, and cancelled assignments. This gives crew members a clear view of their work schedule and assignment status.
Location-based attendance
Crew Hub supports geofenced attendance for event work. When required, users can clock in and clock out from the assigned event location. Location permission is used to help verify that the crew member is present at the correct site for attendance purposes.
Notifications and updates
Users can receive in-app and push notifications related to shift applications, approvals, training days, cancelled roles, event updates, document status, payment submissions, and support replies.
Compliance documents
Crew members can upload required documents such as ID/Iqama information and other compliance-related files. Document review status is shown in the app so users can understand whether action is needed.
Payment-related submissions
The app allows users to submit payment-related information and supporting documents where required. This helps FullCycle review workforce payment details in an organized way.
Certificates and records
Eligible users may access certificates or records related to completed event work when available through the app.
Support and account deletion
Crew Hub includes support options for app issues, account questions, and general workforce assistance. Users can also request account deletion from within the app or through the public account deletion page.
Crew Hub is intended for FullCycle workforce users, approved freelancers, and event staff. It is not a public job marketplace. Access and available features may depend on the user’s profile status, assigned work, document review status, and event availability.
Some features require permissions to work correctly. Location permission is used for attendance verification. Notification permission is used to send important updates about applications, assignments, documents, payments, and support.
Crew Hub is operated by FullCycle for event staffing and workforce management.
