MOALA event admission tickets are available in two versions: the browser-based "MOALA Ticket" and the app-based "MOALA Pocket."

At this time, the browser-based "MOALA Ticket" cannot be downloaded to the app. Please present your ticket on your browser.

For smooth admission on the day of the event, please update the app to the latest version.

◆How to Use the Event Admission Feature
① Downloading Tickets
- To view tickets purchased through Ticket Pia using "MOALA Pocket," you must first collect your ticket in "My Tickets." After collecting your ticket, you can download it to the app by accessing the pickup URL.
- If you purchased your ticket elsewhere, please access the ticket URL sent to you via email directly.
② Using Tickets
Tap the "Go to Admission Screen" button for the ticket you want to use and present the admission screen to the staff.

Notes
- If you can view your ticket in your browser, you do not need to use the app. This is the browser-based "MOALA Ticket." Please present your ticket on your browser.
・Internet connection is required to install the app and download tickets. Please make sure to complete ticket downloads well before the day of the event.
・Please do not delete (uninstall) the app until the day of the event.
・For ticket applications, loss, or event-related inquiries, please contact the ticket purchasing website operator or event organizer.
