A membership is offered to use the rentals for 2 hours free. After going once and liking it, I got the membership. Afterwards it gave an error message when trying to use the rental. This happened 5 out of 7 days and I reported it each time. I was told "please be patient" and "the rentals were down" (which is when the available units were deactivated, only to see them reactivated the next day). After a refund request I was told I'd be contacted soon. A week later, I'm still being avoided. Beware!

I had an amazing time! Been waiting and waiting for someone to join me so I wouldn't have to go alone but that's never gonna happen so just did it today and the whole process was so simple I was in the water within 5 minutes of scanning the code and out for 3 hours! I think a discount after the first 2 should be applied but really thinking about getting a pass for the whole year 😜 love it and will definitely do it again! Thanks for making it an easy process for me to be able to escape!

I ❤️ love ❤️ this app for vending machine style kayak rentals. It's super easy to use! It's all generated by scanning QR codes. You scan the QR on the kayaking vending machine, and it unlocks to pull your kayak out. Close the door, it locks, and the timer starts on your rental. It's super easy to use and super cheap!! $3 unlock fee and $3 per 30 minutes; minimum fee of $15. Same thing when you return. Scan QR code again and the door unlocks. Slide your kayak in, close the door and you're done.
