Run through the stone age platformer adventure of the Grugs with a caveman family! The Grugs live in a stone age world and as such, in this world, as a caveman, it wiser to run from most dangers than to face them, so run caveman, run!

The Grugs is an auto runner style adventure platformer where you follow the story of a quirky stone age family and run through a stylized world interlaced with cutscenes.

- MEET
the four family members: Hector, the laziest man of the stone age, Brumhilda the manliest mother and their two kids, Brat, the firstborn and craftiest and Lola, the youngest, cutest and surprisingly strongest kid in the house.

- EXPLORE
various environments from flooded river lands, raptor filled hills and canyons, snowy mountains and caves to tribal jungle camps.

- OVERCOME
challenges in the form of environmental dangers such as massive boulders, dangerous dinosaurs, sharp spikes and other stone age dangers.

- FOLLOW
the trail of fruits to find character tokens, or stray from the path to look for other treasures in more dangerous places.

- CUSTOMIZE
your characters looks, animations and sound effects by in game costumes and decorate the family home with treasures you find along the way.

So far, kinda cute, not bad - my main problem is that it goes from a casual, light run game to a make you insane enough to helicopter your phone into the middle of the street angry game because of the difficulty of the food feud level!! Seriously, Ive tried it FIVE DOZEN times! So if youre going to make an insanely hard level, I dont think its a good idea to lock all the characters behind that said level. I might try it again later, but good job on the game otherwise.

I like this game, and it does deserve 5 stars, however, there's a problem. The controls. I like the idea for double jumping, attacks and jumping and destroying destroyable props, but the swipe controls aren't that good. Sometimes I swipe right, the game makes me jump. I mean it is a good game for sure but I'd appreciate if the game had TOGGLEABLE option to switch between swipe controls AND button controls. (Almost forgot, cutscenes don't work for some reason)

Hi Team, Loving your game just a small feedback. At level 11 there's a tutorial that prompts for three jumps by the stone age woman. But if I follow i keep ending up dead. This is very frustrating as I can't move past this level. If you remove the tutorial or take it forward it would be a massive help! Thanks! P.s I'll give it 5 stars once this is resolved
