Pior experiência de compra possível. Comprei ingressos para meus amigos, e os ingressos não chegam por e-mail, pq querem nos forçar a baixar o app. Quando baixo o app o ingresso não está disponível pq só liberam momentos antes do jogo. Quando está disponível não permite tirar print para enviar aos amigos para forçar a que todos utilizem o app. E tive que passar meu usuário e senha pra eles. Ps: eles são de outro país e a Apple store não deixou baixar o app. User experience mandou um abraço!!

O ingresso só fica no app e não permite tirar print por motivos de segurança e controle de fraudes.
Em todas as comunicações que o torcedor recebe, seja no e-mail de confirmação de compra, SMS, ou na própria página de meus pedidos, há um aviso que o acesso deve ser com todas as pessoas juntas, em caso de compra de mais de um ingresso.

O aplicativo parece feito pelas organizações Tabajara. Aliás ficaria melhor se fosse feito lá. E, é o ÙNICO jeito de comprar ingressos. Que falta de profissionalismo. Só mesmo o amor pelo Coxa para não mandar futebolcard e seus sócios para os quintos dos infernos,
