"Sales Notes" Credit & Online Shop Pro is the Pro version of Credit & Online Shop Sales Notes that are free of advertising. Many features are provided in this application, here are the features available based on the in-app menu:
1. Sales Menu
- The feature of inputting sales of all transactions, there is a choice of status of Lunas and Not Complete to distinguish transactions made in cash or debt, suitable for those of you who sell in tocopedia, bukalapak etc. because money is not directly entered into your wallet, so the transaction is in the Unfinished status .
- Column of Capital Price and Selling Price to calculate the profit of your transaction, suitable for those of you who run a Reseller business.
- Displays all sales lists today, can be filtered with the status of Unpaid, Not Completed and date of sale.
- Update sales status by clicking on sales data, the sales data edit pop-up will appear
- Delete sales data by pressing old sales data until confirmation of data deletion appears.
- Search for sales data by name and sales description
2. Purchase menu
- Purchase input feature to record purchases of goods / credit balance from the capital money received at the time of sale.
- Column of capital balance and Remaining Money is the money in your hands after deducting sales profits (capital).
3. Sales Menu Complete
- Displays all sales data lists in 1 month whose status is Done
4. Sales Menu Not Yet Done
- Displays all sales data lists in 1 month whose status has not been completed
- Update sales data on this menu by changing the Unfinished status to Become Completed
5. Report
- Display reports with items:
* the number of Lunas transactions
* The number of transactions has not been completed
* total sales
* Lunas transaction amount
* The amount of money the transaction has not been paid off
* total sales
* total capital spent
* profit from Lunas transactions
* Profit from the transaction Not yet completed
* Total Profit
* amount of income
* purchase amount
* remaining money (with profit money)
* remaining capital (without profit money)
6. Financial Chart
- Displays profits, sales and capital spent in graphs.
7. Settings
- Backup feature to store or back up your sales database
- Restore feature to update sales data with backup data
- - - On each menu there is a search function based on name and sales details, sales data filter function with several options:
* Today
* Last 7 Days
* Last 30 days
* This month
* Last month
* All Sales
* Set your own date and date range
