About this app
Doc Scanner is a private, on-device vault for paper documents. Scan once, keep the file on your phone, encrypted. No account. No cloud. Nothing is sent to IsmatApps.
SCAN
• New scan — capture one page or many. Google Play services handles the camera, edges, and cleanup, then saves a single PDF in your vault.
• 2-sided scan — front, flip, back. Preview both sides and save as a 2-page PDF or one JPEG.
• Read QR — pick a screenshot or photo. The QR is read on this device and the link is shown in the app so you can copy it (or open it). The image is not saved in your vault.
KEEP IT PRIVATE
Scans are stored only on your device, encrypted with AES-256-GCM and a key in Android Keystore. There is no sign-in and no backup of your documents to the cloud. Opening or sharing a file is always your choice.
SHARE ON YOUR TERMS
Open a scan in another app, share the original, or create a separate protected copy with a private fingerprint in the image. Your saved original is never changed. No name, email, or phone number is added to the file.
FREE AND AD-FREE OPTION
The free version may show a short Google rewarded ad after a scan is already saved. Watching is optional. A one-time purchase removes ads for life on your Google account.
Doc Scanner does not collect your documents. Camera capture and QR reading run on the device through Google Play services.
