About this app

GAH Service App brings controller configuration, service files and equipment information together for authorised service users. Available functions are controlled by your administrator and depend on the equipment and accessories connected to your Android device.

PREPARE AND EDIT CONFIGURATION FILES
Generate UTS files from the available configuration matrix, inspect or edit supported parameters and prepare files for transfer to compatible LAE equipment. Use the generated-file list to select and share a ZIP package when your profile permits it.

COLLECT SERVICE LOGS
Follow the guided USB-drive workflow to collect LAE CSV logs and prepare a ZIP package. Where configured, hand the package to an installed email application with the service reference and recipient already filled in. You remain responsible for sending the message in the email application.

INSPECT EQUIPMENT INFORMATION
Read supported board information and view Live Data through a compatible USB serial connection. Use the additional tools and controller-software preparation functions made available by your administrator.

ACCESS FOR AUTHORISED USERS
Enter the email address assigned to your access profile. The application retrieves your settings and checks device access before enabling the permitted functions.

REQUIREMENTS
You need an authorised profile and internet access for profile verification and remote resources. Equipment communication requires compatible hardware and the appropriate USB

What’s new

Service App has been developed to support GAH engineers during service work.
The application is intended for authorised GAH employees only and is not designed for public consumer use. Access to the app is available only after entering a valid company GAH employee email address.
