I was really excited to play the game. But after 10 minutes of logging in 10 times, verifying my email 3 times, verifying my phone twice, getting this app then logging in and verifying my email again, getting 2 step authentication by downloading Google Authentication then verify myself, finishing up security questions, and finally fixing my password. After doing all that just to use the marketplace, I just realized I was in a loop and it still doesn't work. It still doesn't work.

With all due respect I hope the next time one of the devs go to the bathroom they get their foot stuck in a toilet. This isn't even a "game bad" thing this is a "everything you make is bad". Logging into an account shouldn't be the most infuriating thing ever and yet you somehow managed to make it worse than that. It's really an achievement in itself. It takes me around 30-60 minutes of wild goose chasing passwords, codes, emails, phone numbers and more just to log in ONCE. Repeat next week...

I'm echoing what the rest of the reviews have mentioned, which is the Gaijin app is completely useless. I am unable to log into my existing WarThunder account on my new computer, which prevents me from using the planes I purchased and also my crew's accrued experience. Talk about horseshit. The response from customer service is friendly, but completely unhelpful and useless. I hate reading instructions, especially when they do not help! And these comments are more than 2 years old. Damn.
