Worst app I've ever seen, it makes no sense right from the start, why is there no possibility to log in with my coinbase wallet like I did in the web version? Your website sucks as well: 1-No time control with increment; 2-No ageless piece received upon signing up (it says everbody gets one); 3-Half of the games get aborted before even starting for whatever reason; 4-I submitted 2 tickets, nobody answered; 5-Matchmaking sucks as well, I get paired with people 500 elo more than me, unbelievable.

Firstly congratulations on launching the app🎉. The app looks great even the way it is designed, but it has a lot problems 😔. We can't properly drag the pieces, it lags. Premove means the piece show moved in an instant but surprisingly it takes 2 seconds, pls fix it. Further I lost my rating a lot without even playing a match, my opponent didn't play, the game showed it's due to inactivity of the opponent but I lost the rating ☹️

Well made and implemented, hopefully it can become a real compititor in the monopolised mobile chess market. Finding varieties of real-time game modes is unintuitive, and there's not enough of them. Main issue is that the whole USP of this platform is poorly explained, and the option to buy your way in gives it a pay-to-win/play feel that's extremely off-putting. An engaging newcomer tutorial/explaination would go a long way. Daily game-modes are non-existent, or very well hidden.
