Hi, I'm having this irritating problem of mine, because everytime I redeem my points to Mlbb diamonds, after like 1 or 2 days of waiting, I still didn't got it, when I checked joyit, it says "Exchange failed" I tried doing it 3 times but still it's "Exchange failed" can or could you please fix this problem? I earned that points like 5 weeks to get that 17k points. But I don't need the points since im getting an refund, but please fix that "Exchange failed" thing. thank you!

this app is actually legit! you get tons of fun options to play and can earn points just by logging in daily, which is really nice. The only downside is the ads—they pop up way too often and kind of ruin the flow of the game. also, the points system takes forever, you need thousands just to redeem something 😭 but overall, it’s still a fun and rewarding app!

This supposed to be a good app, but the problem is , it has low rate of earning points and the cost for exchanging reward is Million and the only points you can get just for playing games is only a hundred. Please change your strategy and make it fair.
