Nine is a minimalist puzzle game built on a satisfying loop: place numbered hexagons onto a grid, merge matching groups, and watch numbers evolve — all before the board fills up!

🎮 HOW TO PLAY
Each turn, a new hexagon tile appears at the bottom, carrying a number from 1 to 6. Drag and drop it anywhere on the hex grid. When 3 or more hexagons with the same number touch, they merge — clearing the cells and leveling up into a single tile with the next number. Keep the chain going to score big!

The challenge? The grid only has so many cells. Every placement is a decision. Think ahead or get trapped.

🔢 THE MERGE CHAIN
1 + 1 + 1 → becomes a 2
2 + 2 + 2 → becomes a 3
3 + 3 + 3 → becomes a 4
...and so on, all the way to 9!
