Loyal member and want to support local cinemas but both app and online site will not let you use your accumulated points to buy tickets! (e.g..Buy 1- get 1 free using points). Then what do I pay annual membership fee for!? Interface could be improved also.

Not working well and smoothly after update. Always say exceeded the quota of insight pass so I can't get tickets inside the app. And why would I choose the cinema one more time after I click on the cinema first then choose the film? Sucks!

Some feedback from a loyal BC member... thank you! 1. Bit confusing after entering the discount code and not sure if its not valid for that particular movie or if i pick the wrong payment method. 2. Like the "my movie" feature but can it be sorted by the latest month...? 3. Hope theres an easier way to find the tics info i bought, esp the qr code with house and seat info. 4. When i browse by cinema, cant view the movie details??
