using the app to monitor my spending on the student card is great, but after a while i encountered a bug or an issue where myself and my guardian can not see the current balance on the card, it being 0.00 GEL but still being able to pay for things such as a bus ride or a quick snack.

Hi there ✌ Generally, you can view your debit balance in sCoolApp. As for public transport, sCool card allows some payments even when you do not have a balance, or you may have free payments for this. However, buying snacks is not possible without funds. Your guardian can check in the mobile banking chat and you can reach out to us at m@bog.ge 🚀

theres something wrong with this,opening the app takes more time than usual and when i type the password in,it also takes a lot of time. when its done it tells me its not connected to the internet even tho i am. could you fix this problem?

ive been trying to make a new account on this app. and when i entered the code like 3 times it said "it says requested application form was already filled in." and ive tried it 3 times and it says the same thing.

გვანცა 🧡 თუ პირველად რეგისტრირდები, მაშინ უკვე საჭიროა, რომ მშობელმა თავისი მობილბანკიდან დაგიდასტუროს და შემდეგ SMS-ად მიიღებ იუზერს და ერთჯერად პაროლს. ხოლო თუ უკვე ხარ რეგისტრირებული, ცალკე მეორე ახალ მომხმარებელს ვერ გააკეთებ. თუ მონაცემები არ გახსოვს, მაშინ აირჩიე "დაგავიწყდა სახელი ან პაროლი?". მეტი დეტალისთვის მოგვწერეთ მეილზე m@bog.ge
