The app is garbage. If you ever used smoothly working banking or finance app you'll get what I mean. What's funny is that before the forced update it worked wonders, but after that it's one thing or another. I can't authorize using pin - there's an error, same for fingerprint, I can only use SMS otp. By the way, the bank service is garbage as well. It's truly on par with european standards. Any operation processing seems lazy. Transfers take ages to register, barely work on holidays, etc, etc.

Suddenly the app required the original password, which either I entered incorrectly or the system just didn't accept. After that, I decided to reset the password using my passport, but the bank CANNOT FIND A USER WITH THIS INFORMATION! What nonsense?! Terrible app and service!

Please, stop forcing updates for the app. Mandatory updates are hell because if I need a money operation now, I don't need a new feature and don't need to wait until it updates
