Video Assessment App helps in completion of vendor assessment activity without visiting the premises of vendor physically. The app features include live video screening capture, response to a question with live video, multiple image uploading, geo tagged images and screen share from your android device. Video assessment refers to a method of evaluating or examining seller through a live video platform. It allows for real-time communication and interaction between the seller and the assessment agency. The video aspect adds a visual element to the assessment process, gather more information about the seller. This stage entails performing the factory audit along with verification of the information related to various parameters provided in the Desktop Assessment. Here, an expert sitting at a remote location validates the entire process through video calling with the help of a mobile-based application. The entire process is geo-tagged and time-stamped. The mobile App supports the necessary functionalities/ features required for undertaking video assessment. The objective of a video assessment in vendor assessment is to evaluate and assess vendors or suppliers by conducting a real-time video session. This allows the assessors to directly interact with the vendors, observe their products, services, or capabilities, and assess various criteria such as quality, reliability, performance and compliance.
