Your steps are the only currency. No boosters, no pay to win. Go Touch Grass turns real walking into an idle RPG base that you build, then defend in real time tower defense raids against the Couch Army.
👟 WALK TO EARN LOOT
Your phone's step counter is the only source of income in this game. No GPS, no location permission. Steps count even while the app is closed, your phone quietly tracks them in the background, and Go Touch Grass credits the distance the moment you reopen it (up to two days of catch-up, so don't vanish for a week). Your stride scales with your pace, so runners get more, but walkers are never locked out of anything. Distance turns into wood, stone, and rarer materials, plus XP and Skill Points.

Spend your loot on an isometric base that grows with your Gamer Den, from a small 8x8 plot to a sprawling 13x13 fortress. Place a Forge, a Watchtower, an Arsenal, a Laboratory, and walls that visibly connect. Everything is free to move, so nothing you build is a mistake you have to live with.
🛡️ DEFEND IN TOWER DEFENSE RAIDS
The Couch Army never stops coming. Endless, real time tower defense waves get harder forever, a boss shows up every tenth wave, and every kill drops gold you spend mid raid on powers with names like CHAIR-4 and ALT+F4REEZE. Face down Zombie Gamers, AFK Ghosts, exploding Kaboomers, and the final boss himself, the Couch King.
🏆 RANKED PLAY WITHOUT WALKING
Not up for a walk right now? Build your own wave from any enemy in the Couch Army roster in Wave Composer, then clear it in a single attempt with the base you already have. No cooldown, no walking required, unlimited retries. A full clear puts you on a ranked leaderboard, all time and this month.

Join the weekly league, follow other players, and visit their bases to see how they built and defended theirs.

- No ads. Not an interstitial, not a rewarded video, not a banner.
