so far this app sucks it takes forever to load the player props I received bonus bet tokens to wager with and I keep getting error messages the app constantly kicks me out

Not available in my state after signing up and depositing. No response from customer service. No guidelines on how to use bonus tokens etc...

seems amazing and great promos but nothing seems to work and no one seems to be able to make anything work. after continually asking for help I finally got Jesse who said he pushed my issue to the back of the que and showed me he didn't care about my concerns the other agent blamed issues on my phone. the AI was more helpful than the customer support. at one point I thought they had fixed my issues and they were very kind and supportive at that point. But I think they have a bad product.
