Since I downloaded this app, I haven't been able to log in. There is always a pop up messege to check my Internet connection which is always on anyway. Love the old way of checking my balance. Do something about it, is getting frustrating. The update solved the issue with the Internet connection 👏. I was able to create the account. After creating the account, login is now the issue. Am having a pop message saying USERNAME INVALID

This app doesn't work... It takes days for verification code to come...after the code has already expired ...what is the essence of the app if it doesn't work???.... Owing to your reply, the delay is not from the network I hardly get the verification through SMS...it comes through the mail yet still it takes days...and it's not spammed...itz not like I miss it...

Hi Emeratus, sorry for any inconvenience, the verification code delay is more often from the telecom network, not the app. We do send the code to your email as well, so you can also check your mail for the code. We also extended the expiration of the code to 48 hrs. Kindly call this number 0302751020 for assistance if the issue persist.

This have been my first time applying for this loan but am already disappointed and never think I'll recommend this to any trusted friend of mine. I've applied for this loan a month and weeks after we resumed, as am talking the status is still on "awaiting payment confirmation/ accept) on the old and updated app respectively for over a month. I've even finished paying the fees I needed it for and we're writing the exam. Sorry to say, but this shouldn't be an option to relay on for fees.
