All practitioners are licensed with Medical and Dental Council in Ghana. The most useless app,no one should bother registering any policy with them. I registered last month and the whole of last month i was unable to access the app,i tried several times calling them for it to be rectify and as at now is still not active,just this morning i woke up and my GHC 25 was just gone like that.you've breach the contract so am no more interested in it again....send me my two months contribution or else .....

Easy to use. I can chat doctor anywhere I find myself when I don't want anyone to listen to my conversation. I can't believe the number to call is toll free. I was able to reach doctor with zero credit.

Guys if you want to deactivate your policy don't do it in the app. Just call them to deactivate it for you. When do it in the app without calling them, it's like you just deactivate the app on your phone. So please just call them so that they will stop deducting from ur account guys. Thanks alot becus I read ur comments and I called them to know more about bima. Do this and thank me later. Jah Bless. I was was deducted to without my consent. Bcus the agent didn't tell me that.
