I uploaded my documents for me to be able to withdraw and it's taking forever to process. so I can't withdraw but I can deposit easily 🤦🏻‍♂️

Normally it's a 5 star product/app. Highly accurate, easy to use and informative. Couple things I suggest to get it to a 5 star First is a bug, the graph occasionally will not let me change from candle stick to line or any other graph styling for that matter. Restating phone, clear cache did nothing. Second, see if it's at all possible for the application to remember me, so if I switch tabs or apps I don't need to sign back in every time. (Forex sometimes requires us to be a bit faster)

Overall love it, customer service is very good, I had a problem and it was sorted in the matter of minutes, apps simple but has all you need packed up in 1 app, I especially like that you can connect your account to trading view and place trades right through the web platform!!! 5 stars for me
