About this app

The app GLASmatic go was developed for use by car glass, motor vehicle, K & L companies, etc. With the app, vehicle glass damage can be recorded mobile.

Prerequisite for the use of this app is the use of GLASmatic software products as basic programs in the workshop, since only with these programs can take place communication. These include, for example, the online version GLASauskunft, as well as the local GLASwin versions of GLASmatic.

With the GLASmatic go app, the user, mobile, can create a complete claim file or upload already entered data into the app in the workshop, in the basic program, so that all relevant data is available for processing the repair order. Within the app, the user can now complete and record relevant data. He can also take photos directly from the app, as well as have his customers, the end customer, signed in the app on different order forms. Once the user has completed the collection of all relevant data, he / she can play it back by uploading it to the base program of the workshop for further processing.

The user of the app remains completely flexible for the detection of vehicle glass damage. By communicating the app with the basic program, GLASinformation or GLASwin, the user can also work on the go.
