"Glas Podrinja" was founded on December 16, 1944. During its decades of existence, it encountered numerous ups and downs, material crises, disagreements with the authorities, changes of editor, headquarters of the editorial office, printing house, owner... But, regardless of all the turbulence, "Glas" has survived to this day and is following a clearly targeted line of development, communicating with over 20,000 residents of this region.

Our newsroom is made up of highly educated journalists, who week after week, respecting the rules of the journalistic trade, objectively and conscientiously write about life in Šabac, Koceljeva, Bogatić, Krupnje, Ljubovija, Mala Zvornik, Loznica.

Society, politics, economy, health, education, culture, sports... are part of the mandatory sections, but what we are especially proud of is the large number of stories about "little big" people from our environment, special and valuable in their own way. In all of this, we are guided by the idea that numerous events unnoticed at the state level, from the local point of view, enter the sphere of the unrepeatable.

Due to the fact that on our pages, for years, we have been able to convey the current moment of the locality and its inhabitants, over time we have gained favor and a large readership in the dispersion, and we can boast of a large number of subscribers from Europe, America, Canada, Australia.

Proud of the fact that we are one of the oldest media in Serbia, at the same time aware of our responsibility towards future generations, we intend to position ourselves and grow in the world of the Internet. The global network gives us the possibility of closer cooperation with readers, thanks to whom we have primarily survived all these years. That's why we invite you to write to us, to praise and criticize us, to suggest new topics, and we promise you that all well-intentioned suggestions will be considered and respected.
