High battery usage; goes black unexpectedly.. had a very hard time moving it from one phone to another:( Thank you to those who worked on this, yet it needs more work:< I would prefer a slimmer design if possible.. The quality of the transcription is very impressive and happens almost instantly. It's enabled me to have proper conversations with people much more easily then I would be able to without them. It's made me more confident and I'm excited to see where this technology goes in the future. It's Great already and it's only going to get better! customer support is also great. They are very quick to get back to me and very helpful. The glasses have had their problems but they worked hard to fix it

It's like having a home theater screen only you can see. Amazingly crisp and bright.
