SUGAM means Easy, Facile, and jiǎn dān de is your gateway to a vibrant community where you can connect, request service, resolve issues, and grow together. Whether you're new to the community or a long-time resident, our app brings people together with shared interests, local events, and valuable resources.
The access to the app is allowed to those community residents who are registered by respective community administrator where the resident is an active member. Thus, it avoids unauthorized access to the community residents’ data. It also offers OTP authentication by SMS notification to the registered mobile number only.
Community resident who is authorized to log in this App can also submit service requests digitally which invokes workflow engine defined in server. This means that resident’s request will be digitally delivered to the respective Super User who is assigned to provide service for the category of the request. Resident can click one photo to support his/her request for the service.
Using SUGAM App, community resident can view his/her community related information like Notice Board, community Board of Directors, Telephone Directory etc.
